Dear Mr. Kim
On 11 November I received a smart television K5300 43 inch from your store. I tried to turn on it. When I turn on television, the picture is so clear and sharp but I cannot hear the sound, so that I cannot get the information from television as well. I very disappointed with this issue.  I would appreciate it if you could replace it with a new one. I have attached a photocopy of my receipt as proof of purchase. I hope this issue can be resolved soon.
